Arena Venue Cost
Friday – Sunday
Up to 250 people -$4,500.00

**$1,000.00 deposit due upon booking. Remainder due at first day of setup. Refundable only if wedding is more than 30 days out.
The staff at Fiddle Back have helped set up multiple weddings and have the equipment necessary to aid in some of the decorating. The rate per person for help with setup is $35.00 per hour. Our equipment rate is $50.00 per hour.

- Miscellaneous Decor – arch, doorways, signs, wooden spools etc.
- Multiple Outdoor ceremony areas
- Arena is large enough to have the ceremony moved inside due to weather
- PA system
- The Fiddle Back Lodge is included in this package. The Lodge is located across the county road from the Arena. Here couples have chosen to have their rehearsal dinners there and the bride and her party have used this building to get ready for the wedding. This has also been used for the reception for smaller weddings with around 50 guests.
A horse drawn wagon can be used for ceremony or guests and can be available at an additional price.
Requirements:
- Outdoor toilets must be used at the renters expense.
- No pets are allowed unless they are kenneled or secured in appropriate areas. Special circumstances or arrangements are allowed, please discuss with owners during planning stages.
- The renters are responsible to set up wedding on Friday and cleanup on Sunday unless special arrangements are made with the Fiddle Back or if renters pay to have the Fiddle Back perform both services.
- All alcohol provided is at the responsibility of the renter. The Elkhorn Bar is available to provide alcohol and bartenders at your cost. Please contact Kelsey Scolari, owner for this, 307-868-9245.
